How do I book a charter?

 

Answer

Please fill out our Online Booking Form to summit a reservation. Once we receive your information, we will contact you to confirm Charter availability, provide you with a final rental price and to collect the deposit. You'll receive an email confirmation of your booking, please keep this for your records. Should you need to update any information or add any additional hours to your rental, contact us as soon as possible, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

When can I book a charter?

 

Answer

You can book at least one day or more in advance. Reservations are subject to bus/driver availability so we recommend you book as soon as possible. Buses are first come first serve. We suggest a month in advance during Regular Season and three months in advance for Prom Season. Same day bookings are possible although not recommended due to charter/driver availability. For same day booking please contact us once you have filled out the online booking form.

 

Is there a minimal booking time?

 

Answer

Yes! We require a 4 Hour minimum on Friday and Saturday nights and 3 Hour minimum on Sunday-Thursday nights for all buses during regular season. Day Charters have a minimum of 3 Hours and must end by 6:00pm (excludes Fri and Sat during prom season). A 6 Hour minimum during prom season (Every Fri and Sat night during March-Mid June). A 6 Hour minimum during New Year's eve. Certain exceptions apply such as Holidays and Special Events. Contact us if you have different requirements, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Which Credit cards do you accept?

 

Answer

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied for each credit card transaction.

 

 

Do you require a deposit?

 

Answer

Yes. In order to reserve a charter, a 20% holding deposit is required. Keep in mind that we never double book and the bus is guaranteed to be yours for the night of the event. The remaining balance will be due 72 hours before your scheduled pickup date IF you are paying with a credit card. If you are paying CASH for the remaining balance, you MUST do so to the driver on the day of the charter and prior to its commencement. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Terms and Conditions apply. All Credit Card payments will be charged a 3.5% transaction fee.

 

What is the cancelation policy?

 

Answer

Should you need to cancel your reservation for ANY reason, including but not limited to sickness, injury, emergencies and/or change of plans, you need to CALL US no later then 14 days before your pick up date for regular season bookings and 30 days during prom season in order to avoid being charged for the entire balance due. All deposits and payments already made are non-refundable. Failure to comply with terms and conditions will result in legal action pursued by Climb Entertainment, Llc. and/or the owner of the vehicle.

 

 

 

 

How much are travel fees?

 

Answer

Pick up and Drop Off locations that exceed 30 minutes from Perimeter (I285 loop) will incur travel fees. Expect $100 during regular season and $150 during Prom Season per hour that it takes to arrive to your location. Anything from 31 minutes to 45 minutes generally is $75 travel fee.

 

Are there other fees related to the bus ride?

 

Answer

Customer is responsible of paying additional charges incurred during the bus ride such as tolls, parking fee and/or vehicle entry fees.

 

Is gratuity included?

 

Answer

No. Gratuity is not included in the price. Although, do not hesitate to reward your drive for exceptional service. Recommended tip is between 15-20%.

 

 

 

Can we bring alcohol on the bus?

 

Answer

Yes! All buses are BYOB (bring your own beverage). Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and if alcohol is present on the bus, everyone on it must be 21 or over. Water and Ice will be provided.

 

 

 

 

Can we smoke on the bus?

 

Answer

NO, absolutely no tobacco products can be used on the party bus. Customers who attempt to smoke will be charged with a $300 cleaning fee.

 

 

How old do you have to be to ride on the bus?

 

Answer

There are no age restrictions. However, if ANY alcohol is present on the bus, everyone on it MUST be 21 years old or older and must have a valid photo ID.

 

 

 

Can we decorate the bus?

 

Answer

Decorations are allowed only on the inside of the bus. We MUST approve decorations beforehand. We do not allow silly string, glitter, etc. Make sure all decorations are down at the end of the charter.

 

 

Can we bring our own music?

 

Answer

Absolutely! All of our buses are smartphone compatible. Bluetooth and/or AUX ready. We do not provide Aux cables, DVD's, CD's, and Karaoke DVD's. You must bring your own.

 

 

 

 

Are we allowed to bring food on the bus?

 

Answer

Buses are not equipped with tables so there might not be enough room for larger meals but you are welcome to bring on quick no mess food/snacks.

 

 

Where can I go once I get on the bus?

 

Answer

However you would like to arrange your night out, we are happy to assist! Whether you would like to go for a Bar crawl, Club hopping or just drive around downtown ATL we will ensure you have the best time! We like to call our buses Night Club on Wheels!

What kind of features will we enjoy your bus?

 

Answer

Our buses provide everything you could desire and need for memorable night out! Wet bars, beautiful lighting, custom leather seats, high quality sound system, HD TV's with DVD players, dance poles, smartphone hookups and more. What kind of condition can we leave the bus in?

 

Answer

We'd like our customers to be considerate and leave the bus in the same condition it was presented to them. Additional fees will incur in case of excessive debris and others. Terms and Conditions apply.

 

 

Can you take my kids/teens to their events?

 

Answer

Absolutely! We know that safe and dependable service for crowds under 21 years old is important to our customers and our professional drivers will ensure that.

 

What if the bus is late?

 

Answer

We take every measure possible to be on time when picking up our customers. Sometimes traffic and other circumstances out of our control can cause the bus to be a little late. Your time will be extended to compensate. Terms and Conditions apply.

 

 

Are there any additional hidden fees?

 

Answer

NO! Transparency with our customers is our priority. We'd like to provide you with the best experience from the minute you request to book one of our buses till the time you get off the bus. We tell you exactly what you are paying for and how much you are paying before you even book! All rates and fees are listed under each bus page.
